Purchase your qualifying TV/Broadband package within 7 days of buying your 4K TV from Currys PC World, from a Currys PC World store or by calling 08000 834616.

Step 2

Make your claim no sooner than 28 days and no later than 60 days after the date of your TV purchase.

Step 3

Complete the online claim form on this website within 28-60 days of your TV purchase date. You will need the following information to make your claim.

TV Purchased In-Store
  • Receipt No: (available on your receipt)
  • Date of TV purchase (available on your receipt)
  • TV product code (available on your receipt)
  • Branch No: (available on your receipt)
  • TV/Broadband Package order no: (as per your email confirmation)
TV Purchased Online
  • Online order no: (as per your email confirmation)
  • Date of TV purchase: (as per your email confirmation)
  • TV/Broadband Package order no: (as per your email confirmation)

Step 4

Once we have received notification of your TV/Broadband package installation from your Service Provider, we shall validate your claim and update you by email. Your reward will then be issued to your nominated bank account within the following 21 days.
