How It Works
To take advantage of this promotion please complete the online claim form on this website. You will need to provide the following information:
- TV Date of Purchase as detailed on your online order confirmation or online/store till receipt
- Order Number of your TV and broadband package as detailed on your online order confirmation email(s)
- TV Product Code as detailed on your online order confirmation or online/store till receipt
You will need the following information which is detailed on your in-store receipt:
- TV Date of purchase
- Branch Number
- Receipt Number
- Qualifying Product Code
A full and valid claim form must be submitted no sooner than 21 days and no later than 60 days from the date of purchase of your 4K TV, with the day after purchase counting as day 1. If claims are submitted before 21 days, you will be asked to resubmit your claim within the correct dates. Claims received which are after 60 days from the purchase date will be invalid.
Once we have received notification that your qualifying TV/Broadband package has been installed we shall update your claim to confirm this has been validated successfully. Please bear with us as it can take up to 10 days for your TV/Broadband Service Provider to notify us of your installation. Your cashback will be paid via your chosen payment method within 21 days from your claim being successfully validated.
