How do I register for the Black Friday Price Guarantee promotion?
If you purchase a qualifying product between 10th November & 19th November 2020, simply Register your details within 14 days to be covered by our Black Friday Price Guarantee.
If during the Black Friday period the price of the product drops below that which you paid, we will notify you by 18th December via email and you can return to claim back the price difference between 18th December 2020 & 2nd January 2021.
How many products can I purchase and claim cashback for?
How do I know if my purchase is eligible for the Black Friday Price Guarantee promotion?
All qualifying products are listed in full in the Terms, and should be labelled online at currys.co.uk or in-store at Currys PC World branches.
Only qualifying SKUs marked as being part of the Black Friday Price Guarantee promotion will be covered by this price promise guarantee. Purchases of eligible models as part of a bundle will not qualify, and any cashback due will be calculated based on the price paid for your device after any discounts are applied as shown on your online/in-store receipt, against the Black Friday price of your product, as per the Terms.
Is there any price promise on my purchases that are not eligible for this Black Friday Price Guarantee promotion?
While only qualifying models listed within the Terms and Conditions qualify for this particular promotion, our Price Promise guarantee ensures that we will match the price of any product from a UK competitor.
If you find the model you purchase from us cheaper elsewhere, please contact us on 0344 561 0000 within 7 days of making your online purchase to request the price difference be refunded. If your purchase was made in store meanwhile, please simply visit your local branch with your receipt for assistance in having the price difference refunded within 7 days of your purchase. What do I need in order to register for the Black Friday Price Guarantee promotion?
For purchases made in store, you will need your purchase receipt. For purchases made online, you will need the order confirmation or online receipt that was emailed to you. Please note this offer does not cover purchases made from the Currys PC World ebay outlet store.
You will be required to enter the purchase/order number, branch number (in-store purchases only), date of purchase, and product code(s) into the claims screen.
If your products do go on to drop in price, you will be asked to return to claim the price difference and to provide your bank details (account number, sort code and account name). Claims must be made before the end of 2nd January 2021, as per the Terms of the promotion.
How will the cashback be paid?
If your registered products drop in price over Black Friday, will we send you an email by 18th December inviting you to return to claim back the price difference and supply your bank details (account number, sort code and account name).
If you don't receive an email by 18th December 2020, please use the Registration Tracker at the bottom of this page to check whether or not you are eligible to Claim. Please note claims must be made by 2nd January 2021.
Please note that payments will be made directly into your given bank account only, as per the Terms of the promotion.

When will I hear if I can claim any price difference back on my registered product?
We will contact all customers registered for the promotion by 18th December, to let you know if your purchase was the lowest Black Friday price or if you you can claim back any price difference.
If you don't receive an email by 18th December, please use the Registration Tracker at the bottom of this page to check whether or not you are eligible to Claim. Please note, all claims must be made between 18th December 2020 and 2nd January 2021.

How will my eligibility to claim cashback be calculated?
If on Black Friday the Currys PC World retail price of your successfully registered qualifying products drop below the price that you paid for your devices, you will be invited back to claim the difference in price between what you paid and the Black Friday price of your qualifying products.
Any cashback you are eligible to claim is based on the price you have paid for your qualifying products, including any discounts applied online or in-store to those products. All claims for cashback must be made between 18th December 2020 and 2nd January 2021.
All registered customers will be emailed by 18th December regarding their eligibility to claim back any cashback and the cashback amount. If you do not hear any update on your registration by 18th December, please use the Registration Tracker to check if you are eligible to submit a claim.
Where must I purchase my Black Friday products from to qualify?
You must purchase your qualifying Black Friday products from a UK Currys PC World store or from www.currys.co.uk between 10th and 19th November to be eligible for this offer.
Purchases made from Dixons Travel, the Currys PC World eBay store, Carphone Warehouse or from outside the UK are not eligible for this promotion.
