2. ‘Qualifying Transaction’. The Qualifying Transaction comprises of any transaction greater than or equal to £50 on products purchased from either www.Currys.co.uk, or a Currys bricks and mortar store. This excludes the Currys Ebay Store.
3. The transaction value is the value at the bottom of the receipt. Refunds will be taken into account, and if your transaction value drops below £50 you will not be eligible for cashback.
4. The ‘Qualifying Package’ is any Broadband or TV service from Shell Energy Broadband. This must be purchased in store, or via our switching support team on 08000 834616 or 0800 5424 704
5. To be eligible for cashback, both the Qualifying Transaction and Qualifying Package must be purchased within 28 days of each other.

8. Cashback will be calculated as follows:

   Qualifying Transaction	Qualifying Package	Cashback
   A single transaction greater than or equal to £50	Any Shell Energy Broadband package	Equivalent to the value of twice the total contracted monthly payment of the broadband package purchased, up to a maximum of £117.86 cashback. E.g. Shell Energy Full Fibre 100 with a total contracted monthly payment of £31.99 is eligible for a maximum £63.98cashback. (£63.98 = £31.99 x 2)

9. Cashback claims are limited to one per household, and limited to one claim per Qualifying Transaction per Qualifying Spend.
10. Cashback must be claimed 45 – 60 days after the date of the Qualifying transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, the day after your purchase date counts as day one.
11. Claims must be submitted online only and postal claims will not be accepted. The promotion is open to current residents in U.K and Isle of Man and new Qualifying Package customers only, and is subject to successful installation of the Qualifying Package. 12. Upon receipt of your claim, the Promoter will verify whether the claim is valid and made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The claim validation process can take up to 28 days.
