Step 1

Purchase your qualifying Broadband package within 28 days of making a minimum spend purchase at Currys, either in-store or by calling 08000 834616. See the Terms for details about qualifying purchases.

Step 2

After making your minimum spend purchase, wait 45 days. Then, submit your claim within 60 days of your purchase date.

Step 3

Complete the online claim form by providing your Broadband or TV package order number, along with the receipt details of your minimum spend purchase.

You will need the following information to make your claim:

From your minimum spend purchase receipt
  • 6-digit Receipt Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • 4-digit Branch Code
From your email confirmation
  • Broadband Package Order Reference Number

Step 4

Once we have received notification of your Broadband package installation from your Service Provider, we shall validate your claim and update you by email. Your cashback reward will then be issued by bank transfer to the UK account you provide on your claim within the following 21 days.
